The BEST User Group is made up of a group of BEST service users. Any service user interested can join. The objective is to view the services of BEST from a service user’s angle, providing feedback, discussing what’s good, what’s bad, and what changes or improvements can be made. At BEST we value our service users’ views and opinions and take them seriously. BUG members meet up once a month at the BEST office and the meeting last up to an hour.

In the future, BUG is intending to have it’s own newsletter in colour, and this will be made available online from this website for everyone to access, from which you may print a hard copy if you like.
